Returns & Exchanges

At The Outfit House, we operate on a case-by-case basis. Because we deal in curated drops and premium pieces, we don't follow generic one-click return patterns. We talk to you directly to find a solution.

Required

360° unboxing video is compulsory. To claim any damage or wrong item, you must provide a continuous, uncut video of the package being opened from all angles. No video, no claim. This protects the House and our customers equally.

Sizing Issues

To avoid the hassle of exchanges, measure your current gear before ordering. Don't guess, measure.

Shoes

Take an old shoe that fits perfectly. Check the UK/US size on the tongue. Better yet, use an inch tape to measure the insole length in centimetres.

Apparel

Take your favourite tee or track. Lay it flat. Measure the chest (pit-to-pit) and length. Share these specs with us on WhatsApp.

Once you provide these details, we pack the correct size for your fit. Exchanges for sizing are only handled if the House dispatched a size different from what was agreed upon.

Shipping & Delivery

We don't leave you guessing. Every step of fulfilment is documented and shared with you live from our Chattarpur studio.

The Process

Once you confirm your order, we pack it in front of the camera. You receive photos of your actual package packed and ready to go. We use trusted courier partners for Delhi NCR and reliable national partners for the rest of India.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All shipments are sent in zero-branding outer packaging, 100% discreet. No logos, no product names, no indication of contents on the outside.

Live Tracking

As soon as the shipment is assigned, we share the tracking number and courier details directly with you on WhatsApp. Real-time updates. No ghosting.

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days PAN-India
  • Delhi NCR: same-day dispatch possible for orders confirmed before 1pm
  • Shipping is free on all orders

Ordering Terms

The Outfit House is a conversation-first vault. We don't use automated checkouts because we want to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.

Payments & Pricing

We don't list prices on the site. Because we run launch and seasonal offers and we'll always work with you, the price for each piece is shared on WhatsApp once you enquire. Payment details follow after you confirm your order.

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, any UPI app
  • Bank Transfer: IMPS / NEFT to our account
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available in most metro cities; some pin codes require prepaid due to high RTO rates

QC Photos Before Dispatch

Every piece is opened and photographed in our New Delhi studio before it ships. You receive clear photos: packaging open, stitching close-up, sole, and any specific detail you ask for. You confirm before we dispatch. This is non-negotiable and protects both sides.

In-Store Experience

If you're in Delhi, skip the shipping. Our collection is ready at our Chattarpur studio. Walk in, try it, check it, decide. Book a slot on WhatsApp first. Visits are by appointment only.

Privacy & Data

We value your trust more than your data. We only collect what's necessary to get your fit to your door.

  • All WhatsApp conversations are kept private and used only for order fulfilment
  • Photos shared for QC purposes are not used for any promotional content without your consent
